WEBSITE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA CLARIFICATION TEXT

As KAŞLIOĞLU LAW OFFICE, in the scope of the significance we attach to the privacy and security of your personal data, the information processed by KAŞLIOĞLU LAW OFFICE
while using our website www.kaslioglu.av.tr in order to fulfill our obligation of clarification arising from Article 10 of the 6698 No Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK"), your personal data, the aims of their processing, the recipient groups to which they can be transferred, the method of collection, legal reason and your rights regarding the said personal data are listed below.

Firstly, it should be noted that; your personal data, within the limits drawn by the Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK") and the relevant legislation, in Article 4 of the Personal Data
Protection Law ("KVKK");
• Lawfulness and fairness,
• Being accurate and kept up to date where necessary,
• Being processed for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.
• Being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed.
• Being stored for the period laid down by relevant legislation or the period required for the purpose for which the personal data are processed. processed in accordance with its principles.

1- YOUR PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
By us, IP addresses and cookie information in terms of the transaction security of our visitors and clients; the identity data and professional experience information (diploma information, courses attended, in-service training information, certificates, transcript information, etc.) of our candidates who will apply for a job and submit their CVs to us are processed.

2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
For Our Visitors:
We process IP addresses of our visitors who visit our website and the time of entry and exit to the site of them datas in addition to fulfilling our partial obligations in the Law No. 5651 On Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed by Means of Such Publication and the relevant legislation, in order to improve our site and improve the user experience. We aim to ensure system security and reliability for the protection of our legitimate interests while your datas processed, with the features of not harming your fundamental rights and freedoms within the scope of Article 5/2 (f) of the Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK").

Information that will be processed when our visitors fill out the contact form on our website; we state that we are operating in order to carry out the registration process of the contact form, to ensure that they can be distinguished from other people who apply to us through the contact form, to receive the requests, opinions, complaints, suggestions and evaluations, to follow up and conclude them, and to prepare the necessary information and documents in order to contact them within this framework.

For Our Clients:
Personal data of our clients, employees or representatives of our clients; within the scope of the legal processes we carry out with our clients, we operate with the aim of saving time and facilitating both parties in the fulfillment of duties such as establishing a proxy relationship, providing consultancy services, concluding or performing a contract within the rely on Art.5/2 (c) of the Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK"). We process your personal data in order to evaluate the job application, to contact them in this regard as a result of the evaluation, and to proceed to the interview process if they are found suitable for any position; by uploading their CVs via our e-mail address on our website or via the "Career" tab of our website, the CVs and other information, including the identity information, contact information, personnel status and professional experience, submitted to us within this framework by the candidates who will apply for a job.

Circumstances in which Personal Data can be Shared Without Consent:
Personal data of our visitors may be shared with the courts or other authorized institutions or organizations without your explict clause but in a way that will not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, in order to protect the rights of our office, in case of a legal situation that affects our office and in cases where it is required to make a statement in accordance with the mandatory legislation provisions by the official authorities.

Personal data is collected automatically through the information and documents you send to us via the contact form or e-mail address filled during your visit to the website, and is processed in partially or fully automated ways.

3-LEGAL REASON FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed for the above mentioned purposes, based on the legal compliance reasons set forth in Articles 5, 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK") and listed below.
Your personal data specified in the 2nd paragraph of the 5th Article of the Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK");
• the processing of personal data is expressly permitted by any law,
• It is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation which the data controller is subject to,
• It is necessary for the institution, usage, or protection of a right,
• It is necessary   for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed,
• It is necessary to process the personal data of parties of a contract, provided that the processing is directly related to the execution or performance of the contract processed for legal reasons. In these cases mentioned above, it is possible to process your personal data without seeking explicit consent within the scope of Article 5/2 of the Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK").

4. PERSONS TO WHICH YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSFERRED AND THE REASONS FOR THE TRANSFER
It is not possible to transfer your personal data domestically as a rule; however with reference to Art. 8 of the Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK"), in the event that the conditions within the scope of Article 5/2 above are met, it can be transferred exceptionally without seeking explicit consent. 

In this context, your personal data can be shared with the competent authorities in case of requests from the authorities authorized to request your information within the scope of the legislation, and in case of a legal situation affecting Kaşlıoğlu, in order to protect the rights of our office, it can be shared with the third party companies from which we receive services, support or consultancy.

Our computer systems and infrastructures are kept in Turkey, and as a rule, there is no transfer of your personal data abroad.
Your personal data;
• Fulfilling our legal obligations towards your representatives and proxies authorized by you,
• Provided support in business processes, providing infrastructure and technical security to business partners and suppliers that receive service or cooperate,
• Fulfilling our legal obligations against courts and enforcement offices, regulatory and supervisory institutions and other public institutions or organizations authorized to request your personal data can be transferred within the framework of the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK") for their purposes.

5. YOUR RIGHTS TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We want to state that you have the following rights under Art. 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK"):
• to learn whether or not your personal data have been processed;
• to request information as to processing if your data have been processed;
• to learn the purpose of processing of the personal data and whether data are used in accordance with their purpose;
• to know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data have been transferred;
• to request rectification in case personal data are processed incompletely or inaccurately and when you enforce this right, to request for correction to be notified to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred;
• to request for the destruction or deletion of your personal data in the event the purposes for processing your personal data cease to exist and when you enforce this right, to request for this to be notified to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
• to object to the outcome of the analysis of your collected information made by automatic systems and to claim for damages in case you suffer any loss.

6. CONTACT FOR YOUR RIGHTS AND REQUESTS
As Kaşlıoğlu Law Office, we undertake that, you can use these rights you have at any time and in the most appropriate way, without prejudice to our obligations arising from the current law and other legislation. You can submit your requests via registered mail with return receipt or in person or in writing through a notary public, or by using your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or, if you have an electronic mail address registered in our system, which you have previously informed us, you can use your electronic mail address. For this, you can contact us through the contact information in Art. 6 of this text.

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests to us about your rights, your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. However, if the response to your application requires a cost in accordance with the legislation, we may demand the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. KAŞLIOĞLU LAW OFFICE reserves the right to update this Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data at any time within the framework of the changes that can be made in the current legislation.
